Civil War hit theaters in 2016 and was directed by the Russo brothers.
There were many events that took place in Civil War and did not only focus on Steve Rogers, although most of them still revolved around the American captain’s growth process.
When it comes to Civil War, most MCU fans debating on social media these days tend to believe that this isn’t actually a Steve Rogers solo project, and that seems to be true.

Civil War is not a Captain America movie, but an Avengers movie.
Ranking the best Captain America movies here: 1) Winter Soldier – battle sequence/character development;
Mr. Cap only soloed these two movies.
There is no worst movie because they are all great, after all, Civil War is an Avengers movie, not solo Cap.
Iron Man appeared more than Cap in Civil War.
People focus on Civil War because it doesn’t really focus on Cap, but I find Cap and Bucky’s story epic enough to influence the appearance of other heroes.
