The international women’s volleyball tournament VTV Cup is jointly organized by the Vietnam Volleyball Federation and Vietnam Television (VTV) and has been included in the annual tournament system of the Asian Volleyball Confederation.
In 2020, due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, the VTV Cup was not held.
The VTV Cup international women’s volleyball tournament has had 16 successful seasons in 12 provinces and cities of Vietnam.
The Vietnamese women’s volleyball team dominated the VTV Cup race with 5 silver medals, 5 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.
According to statistics, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa of the Vietnamese women’s volleyball team is the recipient of many `Most Valuable Player` titles.

Because each year’s guests are different, it is impossible to accurately judge who is the best player in the tournament’s history. The organizers can only rely on statistics on the number of times they receive individual awards.
The international women’s volleyball tournament VTV Cup 2023 will take place at Lao Cai Stadium, Lao Cai province from August 19 to August 26.
The 2023 VTV Cup international women’s volleyball tournament will have 8 national teams participating, in which host Vietnam will send the Vietnamese team and the U23 Vietnam team to participate.
